Author! I have a question! You put "!" at the end of every sentence! Is there a reason for this?! I'm certainly not complaining! The plot is interesting! But! It's a little distracting! And knocks down the mood!
I was wondering it this would put the other workers out of their jobs... but it might just free them up to do other contracts instead of being stuck in that one.
He didn't get a contract in writing. If the mc didn't have plot armor, I wouldn't be surprised if he got kicked out without pay, or with low pay, once he's completed the work.
