Have you thought about the direction of the novel? You could always have the straw hats keep inheriting the life template of characters across worlds which boosts the overall strength of the straw hats immensely and adds an unpredictability factor to some extent but even that may make the story less dynamic since the straw hats will become too strong and have less struggles with the help of power from other worlds. But you could make the bolder attempt to make the straw hats travel to other worlds that have not been inherited by the character as an evolution of the template system. That adds more unpredictability and challenge to the straw hats to some of the crew who would be unaware of a new world and its new powers (i.e. since Luffy knows much of 1/10th of the plot of Naruto except Ken who would be somewhat familiar to various worlds). For example, by every other straw hat joining, you could have them travel to a new world starting Inuyasha, Tokyo Ghoul or Bleach arc (with time stopped in One Piece world when traveling), and after traveling to a new island, they could be sent back to a previous world or freely travel to a previous world (after the first travel) in conjunction to the time passed in the One Piece world (and the time passing could be normal/disproportionate in other worlds after the first attempt). This makes the story more refreshing by adding new interactions with the straw hats and the rest of the new worlds they encounter and the people they meet while potentially recruiting a new/temporary member (like if someone from fairy tail wants to join the straw hats permanently/temporarily for a certain arc).

jin mori is too op for sanji usop should be 2 or 3 life because he have many skill, like mechanic,builder and more. ...author should give usop op like dream like, KAITO KID, LOKI FROM MARVEL, FINAL FANTASY 7 CID, OR OTHER characters who has many skill but nami you should give her Anna from shaman king or bulma from dragon ball
