I hope it does not come to that. Creator please bless the Chimera, the Anima, and most of all Sasha, Zev and Zan. Please show Zev that there is a God that believes in him and loves him, the same God who brought the Chimera to the Anima! Let him see that there can be peace, hope, happiness and love between them all. Please do not let this come to war, or him and Sasha be separated. I don't mind if he gets a real hard slap to the face, some type of wake up call so that he can see through his anger! But please do not let him lead them or himself to war! They've been through enough, all of them Anima and Chimera alike. Especially the leaders of both. I really hope Tarykn explains what happened in fill detail during their war against the humans, Elreth losing her parents and even mate for a long period of time. Maybe then Zev will see that even though what she did was wrong, she had her reasons and she's trying to right her mistakes!
I feel like I’m going to be using the gif A LOT. It’s one thing to tell Sasha the people are being stirred up the wrong way by Zev’s intense emotional state. It is another thing entirely to suggest that they might go off to hunt the anima INDEPENDENT of their lesdership. That would truly be a bloodbath of epic proportions.
at first, you think 🎶 afternoon delight but I don't like how Tarkyn would suggest that the Chimera either follow Sasha alone or follow neither of them at all. And that Sasha should choose her people and child and let Zev fester in his hate. I know that's not how or what Tark means, but that's how it's coming across. So back to Elreth. She had a support system that right now Zev doesn't. She had advisors and friends to tell her she was wrong, and even when she was spitting hate, she had those who loved her. Right now, those who love Zev, are afraid of him. Lhars may have let Zev beat him up but that only relieved some physical tension. Zev needs someone to hold him and say " it's done. it's over. it happened but you're safe. Be angry, be mad. be justified. but remember you're safe. you can forgive and not forget. but you are safe. the queen was wrong, but you are safe. your mate is safe. your son is safe. there does not need to be war and bloodshed. the humans will never imprison and manipulate us again. we're safe. the queen will never bind, chain, and separate you again. you're safe. you need not trust the queen but trust your own. trust your wolves who have Anima mates. They're safe. peace is possible as long as you are safe. you are loved. you are wanted. you are welcomed and recognized. you are received. you are home. and home is where you will stay. you are safe." he needs to be reminded that he is loved and is respected. but Sasha is so scared for Zan and so tired she's barely functioning as a leader she can't be a loving mate. Lhars is too wary that he can't see the actual pain and fear his alpha is in he can't even recognize his brother. Harth is more focused on her shiny new mate she no longer sees her alphas. and skhal is mad and disappointed about being separated from his mate that he's forgotten the rage that kept Zev alive and going while locked away. They waited 3 months for their return. Spent a week under heavy guard and lock. escaped and Zev is so traumatized that he couldn't bare to be touched. And he's so angry about it that he doesn't feel safe because the one who imprisoned him is the one in power. his people were so ready for him to return, but when he comes telling of his treatment he's the one who's feared? Despite the treatment Zev and Sasha faced Tarkyn thinks Elreth would be the leader the chimera should follow? it's really unfair that Zev's trauma has his people so ready to leave him rather then see him and respect his hurt. Tarkyns judgment on Zev is no different than Harths impression of Elreth. Neither leader is at their best. but if we couldn't give up on El, then I'm sticking with Zev. Love for his people is his motivation and when he sees battle will hurt them he won't call for war. 🦁❤️🐺❤️👑 I still love this story
I definitely think Tarkyn should talk to Sasha. I know that she's so overwhelmed by Zev but by the fussy newborn, too. There is no getting through to Zev right now apparently. Tarkyn knows from experience what could and WILL happen if the Chimera continue to be at unrest and afraid of their alpha. He also knows that Sasha will be more willing to listen to reason. I mean, he did submit to her for a reason.
