this chapter hurt to read all over again. but that bit about being a leader has me a little annoyed now. Sasha isn't taking sides, but she's using her rank as Alpha to tell Zev to let go and move on. in Dark Alpha she helped him through his darkness. Zev is reaching out and trying to tell her where his head is. where his fear is born. and she's acting like his feeling aren't valued because Elreth apologized and offered peace and care and aid for the chimera and for Zan. Sasha has as much right to want peace and move on as Zev does to be wary and unsure. the last time he trusted the words of those in power when they promised aid and protection, the Chimera almost went extinct. he needs someone to stop telling him to move on and someone who is will go into the darkness with him. someone who can lead him out. Anyway, I was just annoyed how they talk around each other when they used to be each other's safe place😔
