Idk what the anima went through but I have a feeling the chimera went through worst……what the anima is doing is wrong I know she will do the right thing but right now she (meaning El) is destroying Zev and Sasha and for that i don’t like her 😡

War is evil. It destroys the mind and body. What Zev went through was harsh abuse most all his life, which to me is worse in many ways. Now they both have a little better understanding. I hope Tarkyn can get Elreth to understand and help the her and Zev communicate and figure this out.

I forgot how hard this chapter was to read. Waterworks all over again. They all need peace. Maybe tomorrow I won't be covered in tears

This was so hard to read remembering what Zev’s life was being used & mentally abused and keeping him away from his soulmate Sasha 😢 I pray that El, and Zev can finally get through this and live in peace❤️❤️❤️

God, for sure the chimera and Zev espeially went through so much more, an entire lifetime of abuse and manipulation. Yea fmcourse you can’t compare trauma. There’s no winners. But Tark needs to get this info to Elreth stat because the scary future in cages as lab animals that the anima fought so hard against to defeat the humans - That was the reality for the chimera.

This made me cry so hard 😭💔💔

Of course I'm crying again. I know that Harth is strong but I feel bad about her having to relay these messages. I hope they make some real progress soon.

Very powerful chapter! It makes my heart ache because the cruelty of the humans to both the Anima and the Chimera has been a reality too many times in human history. And there is a tiny thought in my heart that fears so-called “modern” leaders have no more concern for their fellow human beings than the real historical evil dictators or the fictional ones Aimee invented.
