OH MY CREATOR !!!!!!!!! that was that WOAH. no words. stunned. Kidding. But wow. ..... nope no words. they start then I'm stumped. I don't want to say this was needed but it feels right. after all, Tarkyn is the only one fighting FOR Zev and the chimera so it makes sense that he be the one to face him. But wow. just ššš. Oh man now I'm thrilled for tomorrow
HUFF!!! You know... I dont know Zev and Sasha's story yet but as soon as I finish rereading Queen that's my next book... I get that Zev is bruised in a way ... I wont say broken cuz I dont think anyone is every truly broken unless you loose the love of your life... I think he just wants to breathe some fresh air and play with his child and love his mate... El was told it would be too many people but yet again she didn't listen and that got her in a situation where she couldn't defend herself... she should have known better than to get within arms reach of the bar... I don't believe Tarkyn broke his vow... if the roles were reversed and El had to move Aaryn or Tarkyn she would have chosen her mate too... especially when her mate bond was brand new as Tarkyn's is... El put Tark in that sticky spot and she should not hold it against him cuz she doesn't want to listen to anyone but herself right now.... but seriously!!! My children already had my nerves overworked and now this!!! š¤£ š¤£ š¤£ š¤£
Tarkyn, you are either very intelligent or very dumb š, but I will go with intelligent. Tarkyn is understanding Zev more than anyone at this moment. I think Tarkyn will bring a little light to Zev's darkness. Everyone needs a guiding light sometimes to help them back from the darkness they are put in from time to time. Zev isn't the only one that needs that guiding light. I think both Zev and Elreth need the light. This could turn into a beautiful and strong friendship. Zev needs heard and loved.
I don't think Zev wants to hurt anybody, but he will if he has to. He's almost too smart. Especially for someone that's walking a knife's edge of sanity. Tarkyn knows that he's the only one that can get through to Zev besides Sasha. I love him for putting himself at risk in order to help him. He needs some fresh air and sunshine. He's so stressed out about what it took to even get to Anima. One foot into this 'safe place' away from danger and he's right back to being treated like a caged animal with no control over anything. Zev hasn't even had the chance to let his people know that they made it. As for El, she should've let her fear keep her out of Zev's reach. That's not Tarkyn's fault. I know she's not gonna let him slide on protecting his mate before her but any one of them would've done the same. I don't see a way past this yet but I know you do. I know what Zev needs but not how to get it for him. I think Tarkyn does though.
