I am trying so hard to read them slow and savor them but the story is so good, I blink and I am done. I am glad Zev is opening up, we know he is going to keep his guard up. He was trained well. Now my question is El actually going to listen?

Zev's tell is enough to break any good heart. He is such a strong and good soul that should never have had to endure even a millisecond of what he went through. I hope Elreth grows a heart and tries to understand even a fraction of what it. El heart has been broken and she lives in fear, but she should never let that fear control her actions like she has.
I'm still glad that it's Tarkyn that's talking to Zev. I have a strong feeling that El would never get Zev to share his story. Tarkyn is a very good, strong male and I think Zev appreciates that he's coming to him with understanding from Harth. Her being his mate will help build that bridge. I need more, Aimee!
