You can have them meet for the “first” time at the hostess, and as long as it looks natural, nobody should interfere. Then they can spend as much time together as they want and look less sus.
The thing about the people of this world not being able to use mana without falna skills is blatantly NOT TRUE. There's a bunch of people capable of using mana without being part of a familia, and don't forget the elves.
