don't see how naruto will make him reach the pinnacle - Sure he could be a planetary threat but you might need add some mutations for the body for poison , radiation stuff like that unless he covers that using stats somehow.
And I'm also very curious what will happen when he meets sonic, if possible give the main character the 4th Hokage's teleport jutsu
wow it was really nice but i think it would be good if he learned wall and water walking techniques early
