Not killing him for that reason, and stupidity, even because he killed the MC's wife and son, even if he didn't know it doesn't change the fact that he was the one who killed it, sparing his wife and son, I even understand it though Spare the murderer and idiocy

It's not just about who is better than who, because if has that belief from then on, then he'll be like the so called heroes of the DC, who spare because they want to stand on a moral high ground, but that comes at a high price, because they let many innocent people to get killed as a price for that. that's Just Hypocrisy. MC Should be a God of Hypocrisy if he keep on that path. Then, what about his duty as a father and Husband, isn't his duty as the father of the boy and husband of his wife to avenge them for their unjust death? that is just rational thing to do. Because even if he spare Triton like that, it still won't change the fact that he killed MC wife and son, all because daddy said so. He'll just do it again if it keeps going, and from what I see, that wasn't the first time he did it, ther are more before the MC's family. Besides, it will go against everything he believe in as a Spartan. he has decades of belief as a Spartan and their ways, he can't just change it or throw it away like that.

I think that's fine, so it's true that Triton killed his son and his wife, but he did it unknowingly just because he believed his father's words.

I agree if he had kill Triton and his wife right there he would been no different then Poseidon and no doubt all 12 Olympian Gods were definitely watching see what choice will MC make

i was happy you spared him, finally the mc is not a revenge maniac that would murder city and land just for the wrong of one person

I think it was cool that you spared triton, as if you had killed him, he would have proved that he is just like Poseidon himself and not cared about the possible repercussions it could have as later on in the story he could have began to see himself overtime becoming just like Poseidon and then he would be ultra depressed.

I hust don't get it people always see only one side not the other side and revenge against triton means a cycle of revenge will happen all over again and I like the way its going he should be a god that guide mortal and others to proper path that is needed not senseless killing and greed and you go on author san more chapter please 😊
