Give him the cannibal. It was never stated what happened to him after the dance. Have him hibernating in some Valyrian volcano or something. Growing all this time waiting for daemon to be born.
Hoping for an eventual Leanna pairing. She and daemon falling in love and rhaegar chasing after her and kidnapping her, obsessed with his prophecy of fire and ice. Good lead into a second dance, I think.
