Comments of chapter undefined of Marvel's Brightburn

I don't like this MC, he seems like equally bad version of superman, but in a different way. Two years. No combat training that for sure. He seems to have no understand of himself or what he wants. Acting emo, uninterested in anything, until he has a chance to learn about his origin then he acts without thinking. Doesn't trust anyone but has not a single thought of self preservation or cunning: Find metal that can harm him, doesn't take it, I know for sure Shield and Hydra will take not and take the metal. He just doesn't seem competent in general, the only thing he got for him is his power, and for me its not interesting enough to read. No ambition, no goals, no plans, wants or needs. He is a walking plot tool to progress the story. Also, the plot is very not clear so not understanding much of what is written doesn't help. This is not even an AU as far as I can see, it's a mash (beyond the MC himself), now with how complicated Marvel can get additional things are added, its not even a fanfic. This is no different than the previous novel. I am sure some could still enjoy it, I just don't lack the, well the MC, and general mashup of things with lacking details.
