That letter made my heart broke completely. Because loosing your loved one is the deepest pain in the life and It can't be heal easily ever. Atleast she safely made to back to her life, unlike the time rotation / reversal shown in the shape of accidents! I'm curious about the voice who appeared in this chapter

First...The life in the late 90s was very similar as today' s life...except for cellphone and Internet...The middle class had desktop computers, slow internet, analogic cameras and Black and White screen cellphones...The movie MATRIX and She's all that are good references...
