ok the story was good untill this devil fruit was introduced. I'm loosing interest now

I still don't get what his fruit power is maybe it's because I don't know this whole card game and stuff. Correct me if I'm wrong 1.Mc with his fruit sets a condition or a gamble the favourability or Infavourability of the condition or gamble depends on the users or opponents luck. 2.If Mc fulfill the condition or wins the gamble he gets power up temporarily or permanently 3.Mc can store luck Is this how it works and how does he copy devil fruit powers

this DF feels like some System, complicated to use it and the luck thing too like a System I would say that the jacket-jacket devil fruit is 100% better that this unnecessary complicated DF

Does the fruit double the gains he gets from the training bet? If it doesn't then why use it when you can just train and get the same amount of power without it? The temporary stuff I get but the permanent buff don't do anything if your still doing the training anyways

i've got to admit, although my opinion doesnt matter since this aint my story, after reading this ff ive realised that i 110% prefer a ff with a simple yet op df than a super complex doesnt seem that op df.

It just reminded me that his fruit power could turn out like Kite´s from Hunter x Hunter, gambling on what weapon he gets

is this harem? I'm a bit curious since it kinda seems to be going down that route rn and having robin on the cover doesn't really help in that aspect

The devil fruit basically works like some kind of Nen power with its conditions it honestly dropped the quality of the story alot it doesn't even function like how a devil fruit would work. If you wanted to make a luck based devil fruit you could've kept the name and went with something like this He can spawn dices/cards/ anything luck related and use it to attack or defend (example - spawn giant dices to throw at people or giant cards to shield himself) And for its actual ability he can draw cards/dices and if his number is a low number his power/experience gained is lowered and high for a high number And using it in battle could've been something like an actual bet/gamble (example - I bet all my strength I will win this battle, and once he win or loses he gains some percentage of strength from his opponent depending on the high or low from his cards/dices drawn)
