My suggestion is for loam to wait instead of eating the fruit immediately. Lets first get a DF encyclopedia first to see what fruit it is. Plus who knows maybe they will manage to find another fruit. Also who says that loam is the one to eat it? What if sanji thinks that it is the invisibility fruit? Or if the fruit gives powers over plants? Then usopp would be better suited to eat it. There is also nami that is an option plus her greed for money and any DF is worth a lot.
