So how did Lilith not sense Elle? What is going on?

What is the surprise about? I was positive Elle was part werewolf, but is she part witch too?

So I guess Elle approached her and Lilith didn’t detect her right away? But how did Elle even get there in the first place? I am fluctuating between thinking she is part werewolf, or part witch, or some other being yet to be revealed…

So how can elle do the teleportation. Exactly what is her origin truly is she a werewolves/witch like a hybrid or what exactly

Lilith didn't notice Elle was there all along, and was watching her already? how come?.I can understand that Lilith must be fully concentrated on her practicing, but it's a bit unusual for someone like a witch queen to not sense Elle's presence🤔 what and who is Elle?
