I proofread, so I am commenting first even if I normally re-read through like everyone else. (You know, the normies.) But, I love this one so much. So I am commenting right away! It's one of the best if not the best one, and normally for me those are based on combat. But this one was fantastic and really special. I love the bond he has with them and they have with him. I love your writing, the style, and the feeling in the words. The description and everything else. It's also so natural and you can feel the whole thing as if you're experiencing the scene. This is really truly amazingly well written, love. Great job. <3 Thank you for the chapter. ^_^
Thanks for the chapter, the work and the effort being put into the novel by you and your wife. If you're gonna re-watch the show to ensure proper details, then be sure to not forget the comics/novels either. Definitely read the one that details Zuko's mother and her small little family. I'm also a bit surprised as well, cause I thought that you WERE already gonna do the Korra era. I mean, Madara's life span is long enough to cover it, so why not, right? I would only like to suggest at least 1 OP Madara fight scene and I already have a great idea for it too. What if the reincarnator isn't found right away and is instead given opportunity to 'mess around'. This could lead to the Fire Nation having an enhanced presence during the eclipse and not allowing any sort of 'weak point'. Madara being who he is, more so at that point since he'd be grown into his body and have less weaknesses himself, would take it upon himself to 'Open' a weak point in the Fire Nation. Have a similar scene from the 4th ninja war be re-created, ha ha ha. He'd establish dominance for his family name that way too, "Don't mess with the Uchiha!" Okay... I'm gonna stop here with my own little daydreaming.
Well, grab your popcorn and a notebook and start watching episodes. First series is just like 30 hours or so. Could easily watch that in a day (with your handy-dandy time machine). Legend of Korra is a much easier 26 hours or so. jokes aside that's easily 2 weeks of evenings only watching Avatar episodes. fun times if it's for enjoyment, less fun if you need to take notes for story, lore, etc. probably easier to just watch them as you get to that point in the novel, keeps things fresh.
For context which susano'o does Madara have The skeletal one The armored one The one with a double head (Just curiosity, for greater immersion) Thank you for the chapter, this arc is my favorite, since it shows how much Madara cares for his Crew. First with Kaliya and now Jackie. The feels man[img=update]
