Ngl it would be cool if Kai beig around Orochimaru makes him a better person and he actually ends up as the 4th Hokage and picks new Advisers like Fugaku, Shikaku, Minato and Nawaki

Kai should gave Tsunade the idea to research stem cells and how to make her(and others) body produce fresh new ones like our bodies did when we were babies or at a young age to replace the old ones this could reverse aging at least to your prime, keep you young(eternal youth) and give you true regeneration(as in even growing back limbs and organs)
