Comments of chapter undefined of X-Men: The Mighty Shiva

I wonder if shiva can control his own destiny could he potentially also control his own story or narrative in the future??? Also is shiva a singularity meaning there's only one of him in the entire multiverse like the living tribunal. I hope he is, it would make him more unique.
