I really think Ares is being tested by Sylas , maybe . Remember Sylas imprisoned Nazneen because of her ways maybe he's testing Ares to see if he will pick himself over someone else . But my monies on Ares not to pick anyone but himself. Sylas I think likes to teach lessons, because remember at the temple where he imprisoned Ares it was a lesson . Hence the fact of mirrors to reflect on one's self, Just my theory .

Again an outstanding chapter! Saul showing he is beginning to like Ravania It just took a matter of time but glad to see that progress. Then Ares negotiating with the witch to cure him but the price is to high for Ares..a lifr for a life..I still have hope! Ares has grown so much through the chapters. Originally, didnโt care for him but as Iโv learn more about his life and character I truly respect him at first I only wanted to read about Malchi and Ravania but which I still love thes twoโฆbut I love reading about Ares and Naz! Jaz truly you are gifted!!!๐
