I wonder if Joel was able to tell Malachi or anyone else (aside from Nazneen) the truth? or was he bound by the deal to tell everyone that Ares left? Will it be Joel that must retrieve Ares for Nanzeen as Joel’s own growth path? Or will Ares be able to breakout on his own? Eventually?? 🤔

What does the witch intend to do with Ares and Ares will not except this fate easily, unless he has lost the will to leave? Did Ares see his father eventually kill his mother by feeding on her blood until he killed her? Very interesting possibility.

I have lost whatever respect I had for Joel. Hopefully, Aaron, Malachi and Ephraim (He has some magical power that he inherited from his mother.) will work together to rescue Ares.

First of all: Jasmine, when do you even sleep? We live in the same time zone and you literally spent the whole night for those 2 chapters! thank you so much!♥️ And second: The fact that Joel really left Ares behind for those talismans unsettles me. Ravina & Nazneen will kill him. Or did Joel and the witch speak some more about the deal? I just hope it‘s the same witch and is testing Nazneen.
