Araminta knows exactly what she is doing. I do not see Malachi having Ravina sleeping on the floor for long if at all. If she will be uncomfortable on the floor, he will likely be uncomfortable on the bed. The least Malachi can do is to tell Ravina where she can find a cot.

I can see her grabbing the pillow and laying on the floor on the other side of the room. They will spend their time aggregating each other until Malachi is better. Saul makes me nervous. I have a feeling he will try something with Ravina. It's just a matter of time before he tries something to hurt her. He already hurt his brother and I could see him trying to hurt her and Malachi stopping it.
