Jasmine, I trust that you are feeling much better. Thank you very much for the two new chapters that you gave us, your readers, on some of the backstory of the war between the humans and the dragons. Why did the dragons choose to enslave humans in the first place? This novel is, without a doubt, of exceptional quality. You are doing an excellent job of using your knowledge of the human body and information pertaining to physical restraints and weaponry to keep your readers mesmerized. Now I am looking forward to knowing how Ravina is being treated by Malachi and his brothers. What will Ravina be given to eat and where will she sleep? What type of clothing and shoes will she be given to wear? Who is be the first in Malachi’s kingdom to treat Ravina with a nuisance of decency? Will it be Malachi’s mother or his baby brother?
I feel sorry for the father and daughter🥺💔 They could've been each other's support (well they still do even with the fake identity), they could've spend more time to be together as father and daughter, be happy and feel loved, but they couldn't show it to all (well I'm sure their hearts long for each other as father and daughter) Had he not done the experiment, I think he'd still be the affectionate type of father, him.and Ravina wouldn't be broken that much💔 Hopefully it'll not be too late for them and they get to see each other again (I await for the day,Ravina calls him,'Father' again🙏-well.maybe she does when all by herself🥺) I wonder what's on Ares blood that he's still surviving? And why would Father(Richard)not survive long? Thanks for the chapters,Jazzy💕Hope you're better now🥰
I think that Ares being a dragon tamer/breedmate is what has made the dragon’s blood work on him & helped him survive so far versus the other test subjects. Perhaps in the same regard the King survived because he is related to Ravina who is also a breedmate, but I’m not sure. I just hope he wasn’t Malachi’s sister’s dragon tamer. That would be horrible if it was him and his men that did that to Amal. The only thing that makes me consider that is he was a pirate, and that they said that it was rare to have a human breedmate. I would think this would have come out though, and I don’t think he would be able to block that out.
Wow, this is so much and so dark! Even though Ares is not Ravina’s breedmate, he’s so commendable so far. I think he is a dragon tamer or whatever his special identity may be. As for her father, that’s a lot to work through there. He made a decision to the best of his knowledge at the time. His sil probably resents him too and plays along for her son/his nephew. She was not warm to Ravina and we don’t know their relationship prior to the deaths. This is going to be an interesting, challenging journey for Ravina.
i look at Ares differently the majority here on comments Jasmine has not been clear letting the reader know Ares emotional thoughts until he decided that he could still enjoy Ravina and a good life. But we were with Malachi since the beginning of the book knowingly he sacrificed and let himself be captured so he could learn something to help his own. We knew his harsh treatment no food , water, hung by his arms. And knew his emotions and struggles about what was happening intimately. AND his regrets that did not listen to Ravina’s father All of this to say, Im a lot more invested emotionally with Malachi, Therefore team Malachi even more than Ravina. He stands lose everything, family, Leadership, himself, And his broodmate.
