We are finally here! Thank you for staying till now. We made it through the first heartwrenching part. I know it was tough but can't promise it will be easier now. A gentle reminder, and to those who didn't read the info chapter (please do). This is a dark romance, a revenge story of enemies to lovers. Our leads are damaged and full of hatred, so this is no healthy display of relationship with oneself or the other, and I don't intend to display this hatred and enemies to lovers lightly. The hate between Malachi and Ravina will grow stronger it seems. And I understand that it's part of the process.But I knew that time will come that the hate diminishes and would later on turn to something new,different and a happy one. I'll wait til then, but will prepare myself now for more angst and hatred. I just wish Ravina can endure all these and remain tough as she is. She's been through a lot! Maybe Malachi can go easy on her for the time being (but I doubt that, the same applies for his clan members)Wonder how he treats her here in his kingdom. Hopefully we see a different side to both characters that'll make them change their own beliefs and perspectives. But I'm curious as to what happened to the King and Ares and their people. thanks for the chap,Jazzyš
Well, I could image how hot Kai's glare was on Ravina...he would be like, "you daughter of a beechš" Well, I don't know but I like the feeling of this. She isn't just going to face Kai's wrath, she is going to face his family also and a new kingdom. I bet she would have a lovely maid no matter what. Ravina isn't as soft as she looks too, once he gives her a hard time, she does the same. Just like a boomerang! And it goes bang bang! But I know Ares isn't done with Kai, he is gonna come back for Ravina if it means betraying Ravina's uncle. Well, he already betrayed, so betraying continuously sounds like super fun! It's so hot here, Jasmine!
What was Ravina thinking.. they will accept her easily if told them she's his breedmate š¤£, Well since breedmate are respected I wonder if they will respect her knowing she's their enemy daughter and also an inventor or if that will save her from the torture of Malachi's people.. Jasmine you are such a genius. Truly. Sometimes I think I could write a story and then I read something like this and realize I am better as a reader after all š. What a complex journey for all these amazing, complex characters. You gave us a couple we have come to love - Ravina and Ares, who are so imperfectly perfect for each other, and make the ultimate sacrifices for a better world for humanity A king who made the ultimate sacrifices for the same goal. Anoher king who also has a tortured past that we have yet to fully know but who we also already love but are conflicted about because of how much we love Ravina and Ares together. And we canāt forget what the aftermath that Ravina left behind her must look like, her sister is still out there, and donāt forget Ares appears to be a male breedmate??? I absolutely love this story and am so excited to read more.
I believe we will see, dragons arenāt as barbaric as human were lead to believe, women are respected, remember is Ravinaās reading, she needs acceptance from Kaiās mommaā¦. That means womenās opinions are validated. I truly think, humans started this fight, we often fear and destroy that which we donāt understandā¦.. like we have an inferiority complex or somethingā¦.. I just feel the dragons arenāt what they appear to beā¦.. buckle up buttercup, itās gonna be a bumpy ride!
Did Malachi put on a show of revulsion towards Ravina for the benefit of his family and members of his clan or what? How will Brena and Kayla feel knowing they have dogged King Malachiās breedmate? Itās going to be a strenuous balancing act for Ravina and Malachi. It would be nice if the members of the Azar family would show their future new family member and queen some hospitality. I have a feeling Malachiās niece and nephew whom he kissed will treat Ravina with kindness because they are young and innocent. Someone in that village has to be in Ravinaās corner.
Roles are now reversed. Letās see how my favorite character, Ravina, handles this. Sheās so strong on the inside and as she said, thrives with pain! I know sheās going to do well with all the hatred. Iām just concerned how she will react if and when she is finally reunited with her sister! I definitely think revenge and manipulation isnāt healthy but for her to survive she may need to use it! I wonder if she will self mutilate anymore now that the stakes and stress are higher. I have a feeling sheāll use it to her advantage with Malachi as well.. I can just see the dragons injuring her and when Malachi puts up his fake walls of not caring, Ravina making the injury worse right in front of his eyes to make him suffer. Definitely can see the darkness coming Jaz!
