Ok, first I don't feel bad for that dragon who got his wing chopped off. He tried to kill a mother and her child in the process so...🤷♀️ and probably killed many other before that. I do hope though it is not Malachi brother but since the author said there is no clear good or bad side, it could very much be. That also means the humans are not the only villains here. We have seen in this chapter the ruthlessness of the dragons. As for the uncle, I am still reserving my opinion about him. There is something melancholic about him. Why just not kill Ravina if he really had bad intentions all those years. He is sending her away to keep a secret that he feels is going to hurt her. Seems like he is somewhat doing something good and we don't know what secret his is keeping. Like someone said, seems like be sold his soul to the devil ...
Ugh. It sounds like her uncle hs in some way sold his soul to the devil. Whatever he is working on with all those printer and dragon blood must be very dark, and likely somehow connected to the dragon attack or his conscious would not be so burdened right now. And Ares, who is supposed to take Ravina with him, is clearly involved in it with him. He doesn’t seem to have the same conscious issue as her uncle does, which is interesting. I think Ravina will keep digging, and what she will find it sounds like it will be dark and disturbing. What a fascinating story so far.
I feel bad for Ravina. Imagine going to bed with a heart filled with fear, all because what awaits you are nightmares. She doesn't even know how to break through it and the only thing that keeps her going are her inventions. I think she still trusts her uncle, but she might keep her distance with Ares... poor guy won't even know what he did 😔
I knew Ares would save her at the last seconds. This chapter has left so many questions. Why does he want her gone and how has her uncle changed? What are he and Ares planning with all the dragon blood? Will Ravina and Malachi ever find it in their hearts to forgive each other? I can't wait to find out.
Now I’m wondering who else he meant she would blame. Bram is my first guess. Is it possible she would also blame her own father? Ares seems to simple an answer. It’s so hard for her to trust anyone. Could Ester be shielding her from something? I’m wondering if she will feel betrayal by all keeping her in the dark and that’s what will lead her distancing herself further. If she feels she has no one left in her circle to trust that could make her run to the enemy. I hope one of the dragons that got killed wasn’t Malachi’s sister.
I knew sth wasn't right with her uncle, well knowing Rav that statement alone has gotten her curious and she would see to its reasons. A lot of secrets lies deep in that palace Rav better get ready for the shock of her life when she finds out she's been living a lie....I believe Rav doesn't know the entire truth of the situation that's why her uncle wants her out immediately b4 she finds out. This is getting interesting more and more[img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update]
This chapter is another awesome presentation of fantasy romance. In my opinion, the others that are to blame for the attack are Bram and Steele. Likely, there are others of whom we are not aware. I wonder if Ravina’s uncle has the courage to confess to her all the evil in which has been involved. Ravina’s uncle could not look at her with a straight face when they were discussing the death of father. It looks like the uncle was somehow involved in the death of his brother.
