These two are so deeply emotionally damaged and full of hatred. And… all caused by who? Certainly not themselves or even their immediate parents, but their ancestors that likelt started all this in a quest for more power. It’s heartbreaking to see the malace these two have toward each other, especially when Malachi knows she is meant for him. But he will give that up for revenge…. At least that is what he tells himself now…

The shoe was on the other foot today. The ice princess had her guard fully up and her game 100% on point. And Malachi was 100% drawn in. She had him totally off guard and intrigued by both herself and what she was doing. I bet he hadn’t spoken that much to anyone else since he’d been there. And we are all totally captivated too!!!

He knows who killed her father and mother, wonder how this is going to tie into their future.

i love her more each chapter. it's a good change having a cold female lead then a male one. we know why Ravina hates dragons but we don't know why Malachi hates humans. or is it simply wanting to own everything

Both getting under each other’s skin. This could get very interesting

Malachi is starting to understand her bitterness a little. He now knows she watched both her parents die at the hands of his dragon people and the dragons have her sister. It seemed to surprise him that she has no fear of death. It is starting to bother him smelling her fertility. I wonder how long it will take before they fall into each other because it's obvious she is his mate. Maybe they can soften each other's hearts 💕.

I like Malachi’s point of view. A peek into his take on things. Often not what you would expect. Interesting.

Whoa we went from a moment of awe in Heart of Darkness to a moment of darkness in Touch of Flame. These two keep volleying back at each other.

For now, I could see this mental/psychological tug-of-war going on between them will further drag on until Ravina doesn't get yet what she needs from him; and at the same time Malachi is trying to lure her also into his trap lowering her guard down if any. Let's see what comes next as they go along with these every day encounters. But the major point about Dragons' mateship stays involved here since the dragon king is being enticed with her scent. Thanks for the update again, Jazzy dear 💕💕💕
