Comments of chapter undefined of Rise Of The Infinite Sovereign

Am I the only one who thinks the author is starting to slip. He has reached the point where he forgets how he explained things earlier, or what the characters did/say. Personalities seem inconsistent. Focus on a lot of different small things that don’t add to the story. Skipping things that feel important. Was really enjoying the book but lately I feel like spending my fast passes elsewhere.
