Comments of chapter undefined of Holy Necromancer: Rebirth of the Strongest Mage

I pretty clear of Gabriel's character but Raphael's quite confusing at times

Ngl i dont like this ay all it makes it feel that all the progress we’ve had in this book was for nothing

This is not the first novel I've read where something like this happens and I have never liked it. It always ends up sacrificing one for the other.

So, Kayrk's recent actions have been partly driven by Gabriel. I wonder what this means for Raphael? Is he more linked to Kayrk or Gabriel? I can see the relationships and interactions becoming very complicated...
