Good chapter but kinda wanna see him be apart of the winter soldier movie arc that way he can raid all their bases for money, tech, and info and oust a bunch of people in the government with all the info hydra has on them including the hydra spies themselves since they probably make things difficult for mutants in the government and around the world or atleast help thoose who do. Plus he could try to salvage shield since without hydra involved they could probably help protect mutants a little as well by making sure the government doesn’t take any drastic actions.
