I wanna see them keep leapfrogging each other in strength so that any duel between them would be lopsided and therefore neither would be truly devastated by a loss. Then they become eternal rivals.

I really want this epic battle in the making to be a draw. That way, they can keep pushing each other higher. The outside of their martial art is the same but the core is different so if one starts to lose and awakens their martial heart then it reverses, and the other can awaken. then they could train and see if they can settle it at master realm.
