I recall in campus when doing Zoology, I found evolution rather interesting and not just by itself - I was inspired even more by X-Men. To me, evolution was about 'Change to fit' and 'optimization'. Unfortunately, as it depends on external factors not mainly controlled, the optimization ain't perfect. I'm also not talking about evolution as origin or whatnot but just that change
