Comments of chapter undefined of System vs Rebirth

Thx for the chapter. there is still no explanation why the Devil organisation put tattoos on their people even if its hidden. it just screames 'catch me' its pretty stupid honestly. and are they not checking peoples arms or other body parts for the tattoos?
