Excellent story Kendra at times seem so unsure of what she should do because of how she was raised by humans even being aware they dont think of her as one of them she still finds it hard just to leave them.

totally get it but was hoping she'd touch the egg and something (positive; a bonding, the egg get stronger, etc) would happen 💕
