Severus x Alice is a great choice but please don't add Lily if you are making a harem and why not ship Severus with Pandora (Luna's mother in canon) and if possible with Narcissa too I think canon didn't help her developing her potential at full extent
I don't agree with those who don't want Lily in the harem. I think he must have it just from reading James and Harry's reaction. XD
And he should also have Hermione in the harem for her being so smart and talented.
