Maybe focus on developing each character. Like, if they're important harem/ love interests and not just throw away, we could see more of them and their interactions with Rain. I say this because it feels like the only characters we consistently understand and see Rain's interactions with are Riz and Sara/Fluffy. I like Ava and Agatha already so you could revolve the story around them, Rain, Rain's self proclaimed sister, and the oni plot that you've been working on and make things a bit more coherent. Just in my opinion. Not meant as criticism.
