Comments of chapter undefined of The Alpha's Temptation

I am conflicted between Biham and Haftr. From the beginning I was hoping for good reasons for Biham’s past actions. I wanted Tania to have her family nearby…her real mother and father. It felt possible. I thought the only thing that might hold them back would be her father. Then…Haftr happened. It actually made me mad, because her father chose him for her. There was no love between them at that time. But, her seclusion and, other than her parents, her brother, and her maids her only other contact was Haftr...for 10 years. For 10 years he was there and falling in love with her...and I like him. But, while Kinshra is fond of him, she has hung on to that hope that Biham would come for her…for 18 years. Biham thought she was dead and Tania was dead. Finally, the truth is becoming clearer. Finally, I thought Tania would have her family. Then there was Haftr. It doesn’t sound like she led him on, but became comfortable with him. I don’t feel like she is in love with him. In those 10 years he didn’t apply pressure. I don’t know what that says about him. If he loved her so much, he should have done more to pursue her. 10 years is plenty of time to find out if she will fall for you. Yet, she never accepted Biham’s rejection…never returned his rejection. So, as much as I feel sad for Haftr…my heart is still with Biham. Maybe, it won’t work, but something tells me when they work together against Menkar to save Tania…their feelings for each other will reignite. Then, there will also be Felis to deal with. Well, those are my thoughts, for now, anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️
