I thought at first Isa just didn't like humans. I was sooo wrong! She hates Ember because she's in love with Draven. I don't think he ever thought of her in that way. He never gave her any indication that he had feelings for her other than him being her guardian. She's 100 years old so he doesn't owe her anything. I think she should go find her own little fox hole to get in.
