People don't need to taste everything to explore what is better for them. There is something called "observation", which also helps to understand ourselves. Trying forbidden things for exploring and understanding is just an excuse, in my opinion. Besides if Ember really think she is being forced into a relationship with Draven, then she need to voice it out; Draven is not someone who force him on her or use her naivety to his advantage (that is what Morpheus has done right now). I am sure Draven will find a way to let her go if she want it, please go away rather than hurting him Ember.
I'm glad Morpheus had some sense left. While Ember liks Morph and feels comfortable around him I think Draven rattels her more in terms of feelings even without the matebond. Even from afar Ember gets lost in watching Draven. Also it's a difficult situation for Ember as she is put on the line to learn fast and Draven is not that much of a talker. Their relationship sure seems complicated which is probably another reason why she likes Morphs pressence as it normally doesn't stir a lot of emotions in her. Yes she smiles but that is what friends do. Maybe Morph is a save bet for her at this point so she is certainly not aware of it. They are attracted to each other but it's not as if Ember is playing with fire when being with Morph, so to speak. In front of Draven or when thinking about him she is a different person and all flustered even if not effected by the scent. Maybe part of the reason why she fears Draven this much is not only because of his actions in the pas but subconsciously she is aware that there is more attraction between them, the type that will sweep you of your feet if you let it happened. If your mind is occupied by thinking mainly about one person than thats the one that stirs your heart the most. đ
