Even as fast as light isn’t possible considering their bodies have non-negligible mass. But they can easily go hypersonic. Qi/Mana is energy, and this gives a body the ability to do work. Eulene has several nuclear cores worth of energy stored in her dantian. She circulates that energy- Qi- to apply unimaginable amount of force on her limbs and accelerate beyond human limits. Xavier, on the other hand, though not being able to store Mana inside his body, has tampered his body such that he can use light particles to directly send signals from brain to limbs instead of its slower electric counterpart. So, his reaction speed is almost as fast as light, but the mass of his body doesn’t allow him to move that fast. And because of lack of dantian and internal energy, he’s a bit slower than Eulene.
