What is waiting for them, Master Vincent? I am curious! Wondering what you next move will be! I know you are not going to let those who watched walk away as if they were innocent! 🧐 As for the punishment you delivered, the guilty should be thanking their lucky stars, because we all know you would have killed them if not for Eve’s distraught, hurt and injured appearance! Of course you are going to put Eve 1st and everything else will come next! So, I think these people should not be exhaling just yet! 😏 Now, Marceline! I am sure Vincent has picked up on all the townsfolk stating that a “maid” came to town saying she wanted to help her “mistress” because said maid was sleeping with said mistress’s husband! He has to have put it together that it was Marcie because he knows Eve is not sleeping with his father! He also knows he is her only Employer and who she spends all her time with! 😬 Eve, is astonished and a little angered that Vincent “lied” about her being his women but I think she is missing a few details! Like, he called her “my little girl” instead of ”little girl” and he continues to speak of her as his women when speaking to the townsfolk of what they did to her and if said townsfolk would like it if they did that to his woman! She also missed the fact that he flew to her with his “wings” and did not turn into a bat! Then there is the fact that he said he would never return her feelings but here he was with so much emotion for her showing all these things! It went way over her head! 🤭 Ash, wow! This was such a good and excellent written chapter! It was well worth the wait! Thank you so much! Vincent has lost all control over his feelings for her and Eve is not even the slightest bit aware of it! He is going to need to spell it out for her to realize he is in love with her too! ♥️
