I think she made the wisest decision, too. It's hard to work when you're aware that the person whom you have unrequited feelings for you will be present around. Now we will wait what would be Vincent's say on her. Considering her neighbours who are gossipmongers; it's better for her to relocate to another town and start anew, than staying there in Meadow. Since Aunt Aubrey and Eugene are still in Berkshire; why not stay there for good.

This is BAD! Eve has written a letter stating she is resigning and moving to Berkshire! The darn evil gossip mongers are planning to get Eve and punish her while Aunt Aubrey and Eugene are not around! I just have this feeling they are going to take her and lock her up somewhere and Vincent is going to receive her letter that she is quitting! They are going to think she actually left! 💔 It would be excellent if Eve actually could leave and go to Berkshire! That is where Aunt Aubrey and Eugene are! She could stay with Paloma until Vincent comes to his senses and realizes he loves her too! I know he would go looking for her since he cannot be without her! Also, Allie is going to be devastated, so Brother Vincent is going to have to fix it! But, I do not think she will even make it to the local carriage! 😔 Marceline is a true witch to destroy peoples lives this way! I am sure her mother would not approve of the way she has turned out! Eve is being slandered and will be punished for something she never did! She is the epitome of innocence and purity but these people are all evil and believe the worst just because they are jealous and envious of her! Vincent was right, vampires, warewolves, and humans are evil and will turn on you for their own good! A true mermaid is pure and kind and that is why they do not survive, because they believe the best of everyone! Vincent we need you to do as your mother told you now! Eve will need you to look past the obvious in order to save her! 😬 Ash, this chapter was so well written it actually had me in tears and gave me a panic attack for Eve! I sense something bad is going to happen to Eve and the Moriarty family is going to think she left! I’m horrified at what May happen to her! 😳 Thank you so much for the chapter! my heart is so crying for eve and I am worried because we dont what those stupid villagers is planning and if the letter go to the mansion who will read it first marceline or Vincent or other people. I hope whatever bad things that is coming to eve wont happen to her I am worried vincent cant you please reflect on your feeling and be truthful to her for once yeahhhhhh ash I know I am being greedy but but is is so difficult to wait but dont listen to eve and take whatever time you need to write. thank you very much for the wonderful update

I’m sad for Eve I think she’s making the right choice by leaving. Maybe then Vincent can also figure out his feelings and maybe by pining for her go back to the house she grew up and find the little girls clothes in the cupboard. However this would be too easy. Ash Idk if i should thank you or curse you 😭😂I’m sorry , but this book is ruining my life literally ! I cannot keep up with another book i get bored immediately and come here to check if there’s another chapter , heck I’m enjoying the chapter’s comments more than actual books😭 and the cliffhanger keeps me on my toes the whole day i keep thinking what might happen humph . It’s supposed to be a good thing yk , you keep us hooked all the time
