Vince is digging his own grave. He doesn't know that she dreamt about him killing her, which might possibly block any sort of affection she might have for him in future. If Marcie is a human in our world she would've long achieved oscar and Grammy awards for her acting skills.

Oooo. I was thinking she might have powers to control water. I also was thinking about 'Blood Bending'. She could control blood like Katara from the Avatar: Last Air Bender

I figuered she had to have some type of powers! Seeing as how she is a high grade mermaid, I figuered she is loaded with them! I am sure she is very powerful just as Vincent is! Vincent asking her to go to a soirée with him is a step in the right direction! It shows their friendship is beginning to develop! She is becoming more to him than just a meal! I feel that he really is finding hard to go without seeing her and she is probably beginning to feel the same! Yes, she does not like all the gossip because he is her employer but she has come to trust him and knows nothing will happen to her when he is around! Eve will soon be taking another trip to Ms. Russo’s to borrow another dress for her “date” with Vincent! Looks like they will be working on her mother’s murder case together! Ohhhh wow… these two are getting in deep with one another. Past stories, hunting down a killer, and teachings about the mermaid species. A premonition is just a strong feeling that something bad is going to happen so it could just be Eve’s fear of Vincent sucking her dry so something else to that extent. I hope Eve trusts Vincent enough to just come clean about the dream and tells him. Vincent is good at interpreting. I love where this story is going. The trust and friendship is growing 🤩.
