Poor Vince! He had to watch his mother get brutally tortured and bleed out in front of him! No wonder he is the way he is! He refuses to feel anything for anyone because he does not want to feel the pain of losing someone dear to him again! Katherina was so brave! She took on being tortured and killed to save Vincent, knowing Hellion might kill him anyway! Same with Rebecca, she did the exact same! They both died smiling at their beloved child! Vince and Eve have so much in common! They both suffered a terrible loss, brutally losing their mother in front of their eyes! They should probably lean on each other for for support which in a way is what they seem to be doing without even realizing it! Ash, wow! Not a dry eye here! Such an emotional and devastating chapter! Thank you so much! Moving on!
This can't be happening!!! Vincent turned cold and hates to help others because no one bloody cared enough to help them. The council let them die. Had they reacted to the first call of the dead child that was dumped at their door steps, none of this would have happened. But they DID NOT CARE. Vincent turned from a warm and sweet child to a very crazy and heartless bloodthirsty being thanks to them. Eve better hug him tightly after this tale because I would if I could. I'm a real mess right now.
