What an awful thing to witness. That little vampiress may have been a stuck up brat, but that was quite unexpected. I now understand why gruesome deaths are Vincent’s favorite pass time.

I’m absolutely horrified by the last part! Hellion or the man with the scar, killed an innocent child by pulling her heart from her chest! Wow, that poor vampiress! As for Katherina, she was a high-society human! I am in shock! I thought for sure she was some type of high-society creature, like maybe a mermaid! I was thinking that was why Vince smelled of the ocean…you know, he took after his mother in more ways than one! Katherina was trying to keep the children calm so they would not be hurt, at the very least, her children! So, they also abducted children from Wooklock! Is it safe to assume that Noah is in this bunch? Also they speak of Hellion as a man with a scar by his eye. Could it be the same person Eve is looking for? Hellion also has a glove with metal claws or spikes on it which enable him to rip out a person’s heart! He could also be responsible for Mr. Fowler’s death! Ash, wow! This was so good! Moving on!

From these chapters, I now understand why Vincent is the way he is. The abductors influenced his bloodthirsty nature and this gorey fighting skills were encouraged from this cruel past. The moment I learned that his mother had been killed, I knew straight away that she was no vampire but some other creature however I didn't know she was a human. They had an amazing relationship with their mom especially Vincent and her death changed so much in him. Hellion, isn't this the very bas**Rd that killed Rebecca?? What I don't understand though is the fact that he was human and broke. How then did he manage to live in a mansion? Did he fool her with his men by playing wealthy after the real master of the house was away with his children? I don't get it. Also, is he dead too? Did Vincent kill him? It's the same timeline as when Eve also lost her mom I'm sure. It could be this very glove or something similar to it that was used to kill Fowler.

There is something in the last 2 chapters while Vince was killing the younger mermaid about the yellow freckles so what is that about? Marcie did not change alot she had always been self-centered and pompous. This is gold so maybe Vince have already killed the killer of Eves mom without even knowing . ♥️♥️♥️♥️🤩😘😘
