I canāt help but be so happy with how Eve and Vincent spend time with each other and talk about things they donāt normally talked to other peopleā¦ they trust each other and it seems like Vincent can see his mother in Eveā¦. Ahhh canāt wait for āloveā š to be added in the mix ššš
Dear Ash, this chapter is just perfect ā¤ The bittersweet melancholy is omnipresent, though it could be a romantic moment. We can see that Vincent is slowly opening to Eve, and they are sharing their life experiences. I think it's beautifull and so well written. šš½šš½šš½šš½#masterpiece š„°
Oh my broken heart! It breaks for Vincent! Now I see where sentence, āit was a person he loved and hated at the same timeā comes from! It was his mom! What a way to end the chapter, Ash! š I am really enjoying the time Eve and Vincent are spending together! They are learning how to be friends and really trusting and confiding in each other! They are sharing their deepest, most painful secrets and thus earning mutual respect for each other! ā„ļø I believe Vincent sees his mother in Eve and therefore is drawn to her even more, but I also think he is still drawn to her as the little girl he met in the market as well! It is nice to see Vincent concerned about Eveās well being, to ask how she is doing and give her his coat to wear! š„° Truth be told she does bring trouble wherever she goes and he does bring blood! What a great couple they make together! I love how he said he thought his time would be boring but then he saw her and knew he was not going to be bored with her around! š Ash, wow! This was a great update! I kinda thought his mother was killed but I never thought Vincent and Marcie were kidnapped! I cannot wait to read about his back story and the trauma he suffered to make him what he is today! š Thank you for the update! Waiting for the next update likeā¦
You have a way of making fictional/fantasy characters have realistic/organic interactions. I know some may be frustrated with the speed in which the romance unfolds but I really like it. Youāve mastered slow burns. I enjoy this story and donāt mind that the āromanceā has taken the backseat a little to make the relationships between all characters in the book realistic.
That was a shocking revelation, he was abducted!!! So, that must be the event that happened to the siblings which might have made a drastic change in their characters. People tend to accept their pain and grievance through different means, most take a drastic turn in their mentality and the perspective.
