I tought I should post this here I love this story and hope to see it finish. My other comments are my thoughts on matters or to give some of the background that is easy to forget. You should in no way take them as me telling you what to do as some have before this is a fanfic and you can do what you want.

The only person that should have power over the sea is Sasrir who has the first slate at this time which acts as the key/holdable form. As he had it till Amon stole it during the fight of Sasrir and Klein. This means with this info he could take the chance to get it with no one but Adam and Amon knowing. The second had no power over the sea only info of the paths.
