So thys just need another holding mid and 10/winger for the starting lineup. My only suggestion would be the serbian international milos ninkovic from dynamo kyiv at this time, while not a superstar is consistant and should pick up this formation pretty well given its the system he has been playing in since 2015.

Very very unlikely but try going for Busquets. He was still in La Masia in 2007. Issue is that he plays as a single pivot. Don’t think he is suitable for a 4-4-2
