I say cancel the engagement. Alliance with the house tully is never fruitful ask the Targaryens. Plus after such a blatant insult still keeping to the agreement is an insult to every northern house. Better to marry from the reach or Dorne. Better allies and much for useful for the entire north.

Rickard should have really looked to the Blackwoods for a marriage for Brandon. Tullys were really not worth the effort. Heck even Daynes are in a better light to the stupid fishes.
