This looks fun, will his titles relating to luck show their worth with the 1% result? I wonder if the 4 galaxies, Neptune, Kerrol and now this place (I'm assuming this is a plant even if it's small or part of a destroyedone.) used to be part of a bigger whole. Otherwise those legends seem pretty odd to exist to begin with. I would not be surprised if they were just sealed away by someone for whatever reason. Maybe as they reconnect the laws and limits for mages will become more complete.
