Incase you don't know great red is really loud singing in the dimensional gap that's why ophis is really annoyed with him. The guy can't really leave the dimensional gap since he's guarding it so no one can invade the dxd dimension so that guy must have been really bored. If i remember it right they even compared it to 80's delinquent riding motor bikes buzzing around in the neighborhood in the novel. That's why ophis wish is the return of her silence in the dimensional gap.
